China Energy + Environment OpenCourseWare

China Energy + Environment OpenCourseWare partners with leading educational institutions in China to develop course materials, provide accurate and reliable translation of materials, and trains teachers and graduate students to teach these materials.  China Energy + Environment OpenCourseWare is seeking partnerships with several universities located in different regions of China to become training center. 

Currently, China Energy + Environment OCW partners include: 

School of Environment & Natural Resources, Renmin University of China
Renmin University of China's School of Environment & Natural Resources, one of the leading programs in China, is actively developing course materials with China Energy + Environment OpenCourseWare.

Renmin University (Peoples' University of China), located in Beijing, is one of China's premier research universities.  Renmin University's strength is in the social sciences, offering a broad curriculum, including bachelor's degrees in sixty areas, master's programs in ninety-nine fields of study, and sixty-six Ph.D. programs.  Renmin University currently enrolls over 18,000 regular students, roughly evenly divided between undergraduate and graduate students.  Renmin University also offers adult education courses with enrollment of over 10,000 students, and on-line learning with enrollment of approximately 30,000 students.
